Au2 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the au2 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using any of the services provided.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the au2 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Use of the au2 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout all use of the platform;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not listed among persons prohibited from using online gambling services under Malaysian law or their local jurisdiction;
- Not registering with false information, impersonating another person, or creating duplicate accounts.
Au2 reserves the right to decline registration or revoke access for any user who fails to meet the above eligibility requirements, at any time and without prior notice.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the au2 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including the freezing of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. au2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with anyone;
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether with or without your knowledge;
- Notify au2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
- Ensuring that the personal and banking information in your profile is accurate and up to date.
Au2 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party, particularly where such access results from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the au2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made from a valid payment method registered in their own name. au2 does not accept third-party payments on behalf of users.
Supported deposit methods include online banking via FPX, local e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform. Minimum and maximum limits for each deposit and withdrawal are as displayed in your account interface.
For withdrawals, au2 reserves the right to:
- Requesting additional identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit;
- Placing a withdrawal on hold pending review if suspicious activity is detected;
- Declining a withdrawal request if the wagering requirements associated with a bonus have not been met;
- Freezing balances and reporting transactions to the relevant authorities where there are indicators of money laundering or fraud.
Au2 is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by third-party financial service providers, banking system disruptions, or legal compliance requirements.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limitations
Users are prohibited from using the au2 platform for any illegal, unethical, or integrity-compromising activities. Specific prohibitions include, but are not limited to:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to manipulate games or betting systems;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems;
- Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the platform;
- Attempting to access unauthorised areas of the platform or exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities;
- Spreading false information, spam, or harmful content through any communication function on the platform.
Regarding liability limitations, au2 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds, data, or business opportunities. au2's maximum liability in any claim related to platform use is limited to the net deposit amount made by the user within the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property

Au2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or compromised the integrity of the platform. In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, au2 is not obligated to return any remaining balance, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the au2 customer support team. Any valid and eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal within the stipulated timeframe, subject to the completion of any ongoing investigations or verifications.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the au2 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the property of au2 or its respective licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The au2 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. au2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of such third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third-party's terms.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Au2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure compliance with the latest version of the terms.
Continued use of the au2 platform following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the au2 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
